I’m definitely getting the bug of showing in non-gallery venues now, as all that really matters is a diverse group of people get to see the works instead of the same ‘ol arty lot, plus alternate venues tend to have way more character too, which is nice…

Met the super lovely (way more prettier in person) FKA Twigs last week during the launch of her Mini Zine with Nike at Nike Town…
Have to say I’m a big fan of the ‘Do You Believe In More’ campaign between these two, not just because of the art direction / sick visuals which you must’ve seen blasted out across London, but because Nike needed something to ‘fresh up’ the brand which was getting abit too, well, boring…and along comes FKA with bags of creative energy using the platform to celebrate diversity and individuality, bringing a unique flavour to the Nike brand, BOOMness!…
So it’s Mazza’s birthday today, she would’ve been 90, and it was only right we celebrate in full artistic style by exhibiting my ‘Marilyn In The 90s’ Nike shoebox sculpture at Gramercy Park Studios, 25 Great Pulteney Street W1, for all to enjoy…
