At Pinspired, we do not offer refunds. Each item should be bought with careful consideration. However, if for some reason the item was bought through false advertising, or an error on our part, we will take full responsiblity and will ensure the problem is resolved.

Although we do not offer refunds, we do offer the option to exchange your item(s) for another product or size. It is your responsibility to send the item back to us within seven days of receiving your order. Please note, we will only accept the returned goods if they meet the following requirements:

  1. The goods are unworn/non-damaged.
  2. The original tags are still attached, and are returned in their original packaging.

All goods will be inspected on return. If they meet these requirements they can be exchanged providing the exchange item is in stock.

The goods must be returned within seven days of receiving the order. It is your responsibility to get the item back to us safely. We recommend using a postal service that insures you for the value of goods you are returning. PINS cannot be held accountable for damage or loss in transit. You are responsible for any return delivery charges; any delivery charges already paid are non-refundable.
