Delivery

All of PINS products are delivered world-wide via Royal Mail. All orders will be sent through a secure "signed for" service where a tracking number can be provided.

The cost of delivery depends on the weight of your order, and your location. For example, if ordering one tshirt, you can expect to pay the following:

1. UK - £3.99
2. Europe - £9.99
3. Rest of the world - £11.99

These prices are only an example and may vary. For an exact quote, please click the 'Calculate Delivery" button in Checkout. This is a clever tool which calculates the exact delivery charge according to the items in your basket. Please make sure the correct country is selected.

Orders will be received between 3-7 working days after placing your order. For international orders, deliveries may take slightly longer depending on your location. Please allow up to 21 working days to receive your order. Please note, these timescales are estimates only. PINS cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays.

A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your good have been dispatched. Tracking numbers are available on request.

For your protection, PINS online purchases may only be delivered to your billing address.

When delivering International, PINS cannot be held responsible for customs charges or taxes.
