So when I got the offer to deliver creative workshops as part of Westminster Libraries & Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea summer Holiday Programme, running at several libraries across London for young people aged between 7-16yrs, I thought this should be fun…and it bloomin’ was!
Not only did each library tick off my ‘visiting a new place of culture in London i’d never been before’ list, but it showed me a real need to activate dead spaces with creativity, colour & life!…
Following the success of my mural project at Church St. Library with City Lions Westminster, I’ve teamed up again with Westminster Libraries & Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to deliver some creative workshops as part of their summer Holiday Programme, running at several libraries across London for young people aged between 4-16yrs…so thought I’d run my custom clothing boomness with a lil book twist…
Great workshop session with the youth at KIMBER SKATE PARK in Wandsworth designing cross body pouches & sharing some custom wisdom on creating your own swag over things we often purchase due to societal swag pressures, especially during them impressionable early years…time to take stock, and educate the youth on the power of simply wearing YOU regardless of logos / name brands justifying your worth…
