CRAFTY PROTEST, PiNS Artist, The Front Room

This Sunday, I’ll be hosting a crafty protest placard making workshop – my first workshop in Brum town ever – part of the Regenerative Neighbourhoods Festival @ The Front Room at Civic Square, Birmingham. I created the placards that fellow collaborator / creative Hark1karan took to the #FarmersProtest with him and has been using as part of his set up at recent book talks for his latest book, ‘KiSSAN’ 🚜📕

“Join us from noon for hot drinks and cakes as we hold space for neighbours and friends to meet, connect with others from the area and beyond, process the present and dream of the future together too. The Front Room is an opportunity to connect in person about how we take the significance of the traditional front room beyond our homes and into our neighbourhoods and shared resources, and we’d love for you to join us as we explore, reason and relax together.”

Come join myself from 3.30pm, Hark (InConvo vibes / buy a book) at 2pm & some Chai n Chats with @Roodhissou / Shuranjeet @taraki_ on some proper Manjeez, from 3.30pm ☕️👄

📍 Selwyn Road Playing Fields, 79 Selwyn Road,Birmingham, B16 0SL

Big up Xi’an for sorting tings 🙂
