This time last year I was in Punjab, India visiting relatives and thinking I need to reach here more often. Mad how things change in a space of a year. It’s been pretty sad to see elderly citizens having to fight for their rights to live a normal life during the protests, but then I’ve also been super inspired by their strength & resilience in not taking any shit, maintaining their integrity and marching on whatever the outcome – the unified community spirit amongst all people regardless of faith & religion, have shown how people can move if together, not divided. This is that time, (it always has been) to spread unity & love through whatever platform you have, instead of relying on painstream mediERGH networks to supply any valid coverage about anything other than pushing their own poop narratives which divide us as people – Do your own research > Support each other > Oneness✊
