How often are PINS products released?

PINS releases as and when he feels inspired... actually if that was the case, he’d release something every other day. But for the moment, all products will be released on a monthly basis and on special occasions. Subscribers to the Newsletter will be updated when a new item is about to launch.

Why are the t-shirts so expensive?

This is mainly due to the exclusivity and limited factor of each individual print. PINS uses unique printing methods and only prints a very limited amount per t-shirt to maintain a sense of rarity. Also postage and packaging is included in the price itself.

Where do you get your inspiration from?

PINS inspiration stems from 5 core areas: Food, Fashion, Success, Money and Randomness

Can I buy the t-shirts from any shops?

All PINS products are only available online and through selected events. PINS products will not be available on the high street or any back alley in any part of the entire galaxy.

 

How do I know the items are authentic?

 

You are guaranteed original items on all PINS products purchased through the online store. Every PINS product comes complete with the following labels to ensure authenticity

 

Is all your clothing going to be Donut based? And why Donuts?

Yes/No/Maybe – PINS may present other foods in creative ways, who knows, you’ll just have to keep up-to-date with all exclusive releases by joining the mailing list and be the first to get a glimpse of  the new products. And why Donuts? Why not!

Where do you get your printing done?

All printing methods and unique finishes are done in-house and is solely provided for PINS products only. All PINS products are crafted in the UK.

How do you wash the t-shirts?

With all PINS t-shirts, General Maintenance and Care Instructions are provided when they are dispatched. In short, turn garment inside out, cold wash, 30 degrees with mild detergent, dry flat and iron on reverse for that extra krispy fresh feel.

How safe is your online payment system?

All of our payments are done through paypal, which is a very secure method of payment. We do not hold, or have access to any of your personal bank details.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do.

How long does delivery take once order is processed?

Items are dispatched three to five working days after payment has cleared. Please allow up five working days after this for the U.K. The rest of the world can take up to 21 Days, depending on location and service.
